The Italian Cultural Institute will present the screening of “The Sun Inside” -Il Sole Dentro- by Paolo Bianchini, with Angela Finocchiaro, Giobbe Covatta, Francesco Salvi, Diego Bianchi, and Gaetano Fresa, on Tues. Dec.16 at 6 p.m.
Two adolescents from Guinea, decide to write a letter “To His Excellencies, the Members and Leaders of Europe”, in which they ask for help, describing the condition of children in their country. They wish to personally deliver the letter and in order to do so, they hide in an empty cart in an airplane destined for Brussels. 2009. Thabo, a young boy taken away from his village in Guinea as a possible soccer star, is abandoned in the middle of a street because he doesn’t have sufficient talent. His training companion Rocco follows him and together they begin an adventurous trip towards N’Dola, the place where Thoba’s family lives.
