Eataly Chicago Celebrates its First Anniversary

In honor of Eataly Chicago’s first anniversary, for the first time in the windy city, nine Chicago restaurants will be reunited under one roof for a night only, to celebrate the event “Una Serata Tra Amici,” an evening with friends.

Chefs from nine great Chicago restaurants will join Eataly’s kitchens and cook as part of Eataly’s first anniversary celebration. Each chef will contribute menu items to one of Eataly’s restaurants.

Beginning at 5 p.m., Eataly’s staff will celebrate the Italians way, by sharing their tables and kitchens with friends.

Erik Freeberg from Balena will be cooking at Salumi & Formaggi;
Chris Marchino from Cafe Spiaggia will be cooking at Baffo;
Tony Quartararo from Formento’s will be cooking at La Carne;
Marty Fosse from Anteprima will be cooking at Il Pesce;
Erik Freeburh from Bar Toma will be cooking at la Pizza;
Chris Pandel from The Bristol will be cooking at Mozzarella;
Matthias Merges from A10/Yusho and Billy Sunday will be cooking at la Piazza

No thickets or reservations are needed for the event.
